We are a well-established fashion brand, based in Scandinavia, and are looking for an experienced and committed Area Sales Manager, who will help to ensure Fransa’s development in all our markets.

As an area sales manager you are one of the driving forces in the sales department in close collaboration with the Sales Director and the rest of the sales department. It is crucial that you understand the fashion industry and have a sales profile. You can understand the market mechanisms in the fashion industry and translate strategy into concrete initiatives.

You will become part of an international company, where personal initiative and commitment go hand in hand with setting the bar high.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in sales management
  • You have an excellent follow-up on sales force, on budgets & prospecting
  • You have experience from similar job in women’s fashion
  • You speak and understand Danish, German, and English
  • You are used to have a busy work life with lots of travel activity
  • You have average skills within outlook and excel
  • You are strong in structure and communication
  • You have a “hands on” personality

THE JOB

  • Sales & Budget Responsible for the brand Fransa
  • Ensuring that the brand reaches sales target in all markets
  • Handing market feedback over to the product department
  • Traveling or being in close contact with all EU markets
  • Serving chosen KAM in EU on the collection
  • Opening new markets & customers
  • Responsible for an internal sales department and btb shop performance
  • Reference to the Sales Director
