Do you speak Spanish or French and are you strong in internal sales and want to work with technical clients across the whole globe? Then you might be the right person for the position as Global Sales Support Specialist at Samson Pumps in Viborg.
Joining Samson Pumps will give you the opportunity to become a part of a company with a high focus on employee satisfaction and a global outlook!
You become a part of the sales team selling liquid ring vacuum pumps to two main industries; the fishing industry and the industry of vacuum trucks. Your new team consists of another internal salesperson, an external salesperson and the global sales director.
You will get your own customer portfolio, independently handle the daily contact with your customers and be responsible for sales administrative tasks.
Your primary assignments will be:
• Handling of customer purchase order
• Handling of customer enquiries
• Offer creation
• Follow-up on submitted offers
• Maintenance of data in CRM & ERP
You will also play a big role when assisting at in-house customer meetings and participation in exhibitions.
The company is growing rapidly and has equally great ambitions. As a sales supporter, you will have the opportunity to help shape the journey and your own job position based on your strengths! Moreover, you will also become part of projects as regards improving and streamlining workflows etc.
It is expected that you are professionally fluent in either Spanish or French combined with being professionally fluent in English too.
You have previous experience with sales, support or customer service in a B2B company, which means that you have an understanding of processes and approaches. In this connection, you understand the importance of thorough order processing and are an experienced user of ERP systems. Samson Pumps is using Navision.
It will be a great advantage if you have previously worked with technical products or industries.
