What you’ll do
Your primary responsibility will be to support our sales team with data based business insights. Short term, assisting the sales team with lead preparation, through utilizing Salesforce data, external tools and databases, will be a key focus area. We want you to set up a workflow that keeps our sales team well fed with leads at all times. Within your first year, this responsibility will be delegated to 1-2 interns, who will report directly to you.
You will report directly to the VP of Sales, but you will also partner with cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Tech.

- Develop and manage sales analytics to capture key performance metrics to track and measure success.
- Analyze cross-functional datasets to support business performance, data interpretation and come up with suggestions/plans for optimization.
- Create informative and intuitive Plecto dashboards and automate reporting.
- CRM optimization and adoption. Develop workflows, processes and setup in Salesforce.
- Lead management. Utilize external tools to create lists of quality leads for our outbound sales team.
What we are looking for

- Strong analytical, data-oriented mindset and the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making
- Skilled communicator, with the ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
- Strong business acumen, good understanding of how a SaaS company works, and especially some insight into sales processes and metrics
- Proficient user of Excel, and ideally you have some experience with Salesforce (or other CRM’s), databases and business intelligence tools
- Accountability, Self-initiation and creative-thinking
- You have a relevant educational background and a strong commercial understanding.
- Fluent in written and verbal english
