Those businesses could be your local flow shop, coffee pusher or hairdresser. Here is a few real-life examples: The Finnish Cinema, lawyers in Norway, and Danish meal boxes.

In the last year, Mono Solutions has been going through a transition from being a founder-led company to a professional business with the products and technology at the center. We’re looking for a skilled Partner Sales Coordinator who can help organize and help serving the partner base.
Here is specifically what you need to do
- Participate in monthly partner/costumer meetings with COO and hopefully by time take lead in them.
- Contact point for existing partners/costumers and welcome new on board.
- Administrate contracts, addendums on new products and pricing in cooporation with finance and partner support departments.
- Maintain and update partner overviews on contracts and pricing.
- Direct requests into the right channel through the ticket system.
- System oriented and willing to learn own designed build systems that contains partner data and how to extract data and make the best usage of it all.
- Interest in learning the product to educate and train partners in basic questions.
You are
- Fluent in English
- Interested in the digital world and products within websites, ecommerce, emails, domains.
- Willing to investigate and take action to change and make structure and processes better.
