On behalf of our client Cashpoint Denmark ApS, we are looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development.
Cashpoint is part of the German Gauselmann group and is a fast growing and expanding company in sports betting and online casino. In a short period of time, Cashpoint has positioned itself as an innovative benchmark for the industry and is among the largest bookmakers in the sports betting market in Denmark. The product sports betting is offered online and through betting terminals in more than 300 retail shops throughout Denmark.
The organisation in Denmark consists of about 50 employees working in administration and finance, technical service, project management, sales & marketing and in the company's 4 Cashpoint betting shops located in Copenhagen, Odense and Aalborg. Internationally, over 1000 employees currently work in the sports betting business segment of the Gauselmann Group.
About the job
We are looking for a hands-on manager, who, through great drive and commitment, will be responsible for executing Cashpoints sales strategy in Denmark. As Head of Sales & Business Development you will support your team in activities targeting potential and existing key accounts, consulting and advising on a high professional level and continuously developing the customer portfolio online and land-based. Your main focus will be on the online business.
You will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the commercial organisation in Denmark counting 11 persons employed in sales, marketing and shop management. Additional approximately 20 persons are part-time employed in the 4 Cashpoint betting shops.
You are a self-starter with ability to execute and implement changes with main responsibility and focus to drive revenue for the entire business through:

- develop and execute growth strategies
- monitoring KPI's and ROI’s on all revenue initiatives
- develop and implement robust sales management, account planning and new bizz
- team management
- coordination and exchange with international colleagues.
About you - your background and experience
We expect that you have experience in the online gambling industry, managing people and have omnichannel sales experience, including online sales activities.
Personal qualifications:
- good communication and negotiation skills
- talent for understanding customer needs and supplement with suggested solutions
- experienced traveller and flexible team player
- used to communicating and advising on solutions.
Professional requirements:
- advanced commercial master’s degree e.g. cand. merc. or diploma, HD
- 5+ years of online and offline sales developing plus successfully execute on sales strategies
- English and Danish are mastered in writing and speech
- track record of growing revenue through product development, marketing, partnerships.
