Head of Sales Operations

As Head of Sales Operations at Kamstrup, you will focus on execution and take ownership of sales governance for international sales teams in Kamstrup Heat/Cooling Business Unit. You understand the value-adding elements of structured sales management, and by adjusting the implementation speed to match the different sales team’s maturity, you bring all teams to a higher level.

With direct report to Vice President Sales, Heat/Cooling, you will set strategic sales, financial and organisational growth targets and anchor these targets in the budget and sales team.

Some of your main tasks are:

  • Building up a global best practice sharing scheme and providing training, guidelines, and support for sales teams and key stakeholders
  • Driving a transparent change management process within sales. Motivate involved colleagues and create a mindset for continuous improvement in the organisation
  • Define the use of tools and reporting (CRM, business intelligence, reports)
  • Drive the business planning (identifying growth drivers and setting strategy) and budgeting process with Country Sales Leaders. Ensure a common understanding of market dynamics. Set aspirational growth targets and support marketing activities
  • Ensure appropriate customer coverage for key accounts, understand CSAT, and take corrective action if necessary

You have a proven track record working internationally with professional sales organisations and building a best practice scheme. This, combined with a master’s degree or an M.B.A., allows you to see the value-adding elements of structured sales management.

Your experience has given you a solid sales management toolbox, and your structured and analytical data-driven way of working makes you capable of driving a successful change management agenda with sales.

As a person, you have a clear communication style and can motivate the sales teams. You are capable of building trusted relationships and relating to teams across different cultures.
