Do you have a keen eye for details and enjoy communicating across borders? Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a Coordinator for sales support and contract management for our HQ in Tinglev.
As world leaders in refrigerated container technology, we are pioneering the latest developments in real-time tracking and energy reduction. Alongside our class-leading reefer and cold chain solutions, we are driving the global adoption of our innovative Sekstant® reefer connectivity and cargo-monitoring software. You will play an important role within our Sales Process and CRM Team supporting our key account managers and coordinating smooth processes for contract management.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of our engaged sales support team. This is an internal sales support function with added contract management responsibilities reporting to the Head of Sales Process and CRM, where a large part of the responsibility is coordination with colleagues within the group and our global customer base.
As Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities are:
• Contract Management (Sekstant subscriptions & licenses)
• Administration of orders, invoicing, and contracts
• Maintain and improve processes/systems around Sekstant sub-scriptions
• Systemize and structure our warranty offerings
• Updating ERP and CRM systems and ensuring alignment with transactions
• Support to our Key Account Managers
You have a profound knowledge within administrative routines, contract management and sales support gained through a relevant educational background and/or experience from a similar position.
You can navigate easily in IT programs, such as ERP and CRM systems. You enjoy working with commercial contracts and are curious about the legal aspects. Fluent English skills are required. Danish and/or “Sønderjysk” is an advantage ; )
On a personal level you are structured, detailed, and aware about quality. Patience and reliability matter to you just as much as good communication and being team oriented.
