Do you have a strong skill set in building solid relationships with customers in Sweden? Do you have experience with technical solution sales to the construction industry? And can you develop and nurture a range of key customers in a growing market through relationships, trust, and long-term cooperation, where advising on technical solutions is the focus? Then, you are the one we are looking for at Kronospan. You will be working from a home office and residing in areas around Malmö or Stockholm.
Develop sales for Swedish do-it-yourself chains and industrial customers
You will report directly to the Sales Director, and your task will be to expand the market in Sweden by building and maintaining strong customer relationships focused on DIY chains and industry. You will advise and train customers on products, equipping them for successful resale to end-users. Collaboration with the headquarters is crucial, as you need to ensure delivery, and therefore, you will need to communicate daily with production, logistics, and internal sales. Your tool is solution- and value-based sales, and you will have the necessary autonomy to achieve concrete sales results with good backup from internal sales, which assists with technical support and quotations. However, you will need to take the lead, secure sales meetings, and present solutions to customers. Overall responsibilities include:
You will have a highly independent and challenging job, where you must thrive on the road and with customers. In this context, you can expect your daily routine to be primarily on the roads and at customer locations.
Commercial hunter profile, thriving on the road
You have a technical or commercial education combined with experience in technical sales, where you have sold to the construction industry or related sectors. Your questioning technique is thorough, you are systematic, allowing you to leave your meetings confident that you have covered all possible angles of needs and sales opportunities, and you understand contractual relationships. You enjoy customer interactions and can build long-term customer relationships; your negotiation skills are excellent. You possess authority, empathy, and a clear drive, able to identify opportunities in the market. Your work style is independent and goal-oriented, and you are a strong team player, understanding the importance of establishing strong internal collaboration. Additionally, you are hands-on, outgoing, proactive, structured, and persistent. Finally, you have excellent communication skills, and you effortlessly communicate in both Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally.

- Ensure internal coordination, handover, and involvement of internal sales, as well as production and logistics
- Analyze markets/segments/customers/products to identify business opportunities
- Plan, build, and implement budgets and plans for key accounts
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service
