Muuto is experiencing significant growth in China and therefore looking for a Sales Manager based in Shanghai to strengthen our team.
You need to have a very good network in the A&D scene. Therefore, you should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will together with our Director Sales APMEA be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local adjustments.

Your responsibilities
- Develop and grow accounts in the local market to reach our sales targets for your region
- Structured development and maintenance of our network of wholesales and contract partners
- End-to-end ownership of deals from initial contact to negotiation of terms and closing
- Sell-in and implementation of in-store solutions / new products
- Collaborate with internal teams and your sales colleagues to reach our overall growth objectives
- Training of sales personnel
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Sales or Key Account Manager in both contract and wholesale functions, ideally in the furniture market
- Ability to act independently, self-driven and results-oriented
- Mature, credible, and comfortable in presenting in a professional environment on all levels
- Strong negotiating and closing skills, paired with effective time management
- Understands and speaks English and Chinese
