Join us as our new Student Assistant in Planetary health
As a Student Assistant in Novonesis' Planetary Health division, you will be at the center of our organization. Our team is focused on one of our most important Global Strategic Accounts, meaning that you will have a direct impact on one of the key performance drivers of Novonesis.
The job will expose you to various kinds of analyses, ranging from product profitability to pricing, market development and consumer behavior. Tasks will often involve building compelling presentations based on data to enable us to formulate and execute our strategy for the account. You will both be expected to drive processes independently while also assisting the team with operational and administrative tasks.

We are a project-based, fast-paced department, and the learning curve is steep from day one. However, you won't be alone in this journey. You'll be part of a tight knit core team and join an office with many other students. This offers a perfect opportunity to grow in a safe environment.
The position is highly attractive for any student who wants to obtain the toolbox needed to excel in commercial and strategic positions in any global organization.
The average time commitment in the position is 15-20 hours per week split on two-three days. The workload will vary, and we expect mutual flexibility for you to solve tasks timely and at the same time attend exams.
Furthermore, the job also serves as a great opportunity to continue your career with Novonesis after the completion of your studies.

In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Delivering and executing multi-year strategic marketing plans aligned to the global strategy, to accomplish sales and profitability objectives across regions
- Supporting the sales team to ensure all the enablers are in place for the successful execution of global launch plans in a Global Strategic Account
- Supporting the Team in creating value-added propositions to effectively enable sales growth, increase profitability and enhance customer experience & loyalty
- Supporting the Team in financial data analyses and reporting
The ideal candidate should:
- Be enrolled on a bachelor's degree (third year) or a master's degree (first year) in a field like economics, finance, international business, marketing or other relevant fields at a Danish University or Business School
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a data-driven approach
- Be a quick and proactive learner with good communicational skills required to successfully engage with a broad range of stakeholders
- Have excellent skills working with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- Be fluent in both oral and written English
