&Tradition is a Danish design company that links tradition with innovation. The company's unique product catalogue consists of furniture and lighting – designed by international, renowned designers.

As the company's Head of Sales Support, you will oversee and manage the Sales Support and After Sales team. The role is responsible for setting the goals and standards for customer support as well as hiring, training and motivating the team. Moreover, you will monitor and measure the performance, quality and efficiency of customer support and implement various initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with a wide range of colleagues with a special focus on ensuring a coordinated and efficient effort between areas such as Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain. More specifically, your key tasks will include:

  • Ensuring a motivated and ambitious sales support team that succeeds in developing sales through &Tradition’s partners and own channels
  • Optimizing the customer service experience from customer service to aftersales
  • Developing, simplifying and implementing various procedures in relation to order management, complaints and the like
  • Securing further digitalized tools, including becoming a key stakeholder in the ERP implementation project
  • Coordinating with the Purchasing Department regarding procurement, production, and ensuring a good and constructive cooperation with Logistics
  • Attentive to understand customer requirements and new sustainable solutions and demands

Your base will be in beautiful surroundings at &Tradition's office in the heart of Copenhagen. You get a seat in the management group, which consists of 6 people, and you report to the company's CEO. Your own team consists of 15 people of which the After Sales Manager, the Sales Support Manager and 8 other team members will report directly to you.

You are an effective and consistent leader who aims at achieving business goals through developing people and culture. As a motivational communicator, you excel at networking and building lasting relationships to engage and develop &Tradition teams and partner growth.

Your growth mindset combined with vast experience enables you to navigate the sales support team to long term success while implementing key activities in the short term. You are used to working internationally and in a cross functional leadership role, preferably within the interior design industry. Here, you have gained a thorough understanding of customer needs and expectations and taken on an insights-driven approach. Moreover, you are fluent in English.
