The Supplier Development Manager ensures, that the link between our external partners and our organization is as effective as possible. At the same time he or she supports the technical organization seeking solutions for the future production equipment.

How to contribute to our vision
As our new Supplier Development Manager it will be your main task to identify, drive and implement optimization initiatives together with our design engineers of production equipment for wind turbine blades.
We expect you to be able to conduct Supplier Market Research, source and pre-qualify potential Suppliers and identify new technologies.
You will be responsible for conducting relevant technical performance evaluations, set targets and follow up on selected KPI´s with our partners.
In the role you will also provide commercial support to both the tooling department and our factories.
As a Supplier Development Manager, you will be the important link between Technology and Procurement.
Travel activity can be expected, in total around 20-30 days per year.

Experience and attitude are the most important features for this position, but we also value a solid commercial background.
Your background could for example be from a sales office or from a procurement department.
It is important ND necessary to have excellent cooperation and communication skills on all levels in the organization in order to have success in this position.
You should be used to work with multiple tasks at the same time, with a high detail level and a systematic approach in everything you do.
You work independent and do what it takes to achieve your targets.
