We are looking to add a key person to our international Traffic and Partnership team, who'll develop and expand our sales operation internationally and further develop AutoUncle as the industry driver for digital marketing transformation.

Your mission as Head of International Traffic SalesWith reference and in close collaboration with our VP of Sales, you'll lead and develop a team of three very competent people, and your core mission will be to;

  • design and implement strategic business plans that expands AutoUncle's customer base internationally and across borders
  • ensure our strong presence internationally by developing emerging markets, segments, customers, pricing, tactics, sales & customer success approaches

  • create trusting relationships, develop and grown current international marketplaces partnerships

  • leadership and team management in accordance with company leadership philosophy (Most Human), owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring.

Your profileWe're looking to add a senior profile who will shape and further develop our current team, business opportunities, and add even more digital marketing knowledge and client management competencies to AutoUncle. The qualities that we hope to see from your past experiences are:

  • You're a born sales person with +5 years experience in digital sales/enterprise sales and account management, working with international C-level decision makers
  • deep understanding of digital marketing with experience from e.g. a digital agency, or a similar SaaS company within the marketing, advertising and/or consulting industry
  • experience working with strategy, setting sales budgets and KPIs
  • excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills with +5 years leadership experience, developing process', people and teams
  • excellent skills in English - spoken and written

The InfoStart date: By agreement.

Working hours: Full time (37 hours).

Office: Aarhus (HQ)

Salary: Depends on qualifications (we’re fans of a solid base salary - also in sales where no one is on a performance based contract).

Relocation: We’ll support you if you need to move to Aarhus from abroad
