Do you want to join a sales organization working in an international environment developing a close and positive relationship with our distributors and strengthening their trust in our company and services? We are looking for a new colleague to support us for the next 18 months while we implement a new ERP system.
At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join a team in Global Distributor Sales that has main focus on distributors in Japan, Europe and Russia.

Manage the lifecycle of an order
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have your own customer portfolio and manage the entire process of an order, from receiving the order through to delivery and final follow-up. Supporting the order handling in the team there will be a list of administrative tasks to fulfil.
You will get a varied workday where you collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide, such as production teams, warehouses, sales teams and shipping partners.
More specifically, you will:
Experience with shipping or sales in a multinational company
You are dedicated and a quick learner as well as able to stay organized in pressured situations. You can work independently, have a penchant for details and want to deliver high quality, every time. Moreover, you:

More specifically, you will:
- Handle orders:
- register orders and handle order change management
- problem solving in terms of item availability, missing part numbers etc.
- maintain your order portfolio in sales overview
- register orders and handle order change management
- Plan, book and follow up on shipments and act as point of contact between our shipping partners and customers, including solving any problems that may arise
- Support our international sales team by checking the availability of items, uploading pricelists, handling returns of goods, credit notes and commissions, and updating customer card information
- Support our customers by informing them of shipping details, issuing invoices and credit notes
- Handle unusual returns and complaints in collaboration with the sales team and file complaints in our CRM system
- Participation in customer visits or GN seminars – approximately 3-5 days a year
Experience with shipping or sales in a multinational company
You are dedicated and a quick learner as well as able to stay organized in pressured situations. You can work independently, have a penchant for details and want to deliver high quality, every time. Moreover, you:
- Have experience from a similar position
- Are well-versed in order handling, shipping and sales processes and practices
- Have good numerical and IT-skills, including knowledge of Navision, Microsoft Office and eCommerce platforms
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
