General Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing the Online-Channel in EMEA for Enterprise Products. The Sales Director will provide tactical and strategic leadership and direction to significantly grow the market for Jabra´s enterprise portfolio through online channel activities. The successful candidate creates the Go to Market Strategy for the Online Channel in EMEA and drives the execution.

Reporting: Senior Director Channel EMEA & CALA
General Summary:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing the Online-Channel in EMEA for Enterprise Products. The Sales Director will provide tactical and strategic leadership and direction to significantly grow the market for Jabra´s enterprise portfolio through online channel activities. The successful candidate creates the Go to Market Strategy for the Online Channel in EMEA and drives the execution.
Your main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a short, mid and long-term strategy and plan and drive the Amazon and Online business towards that
- Expand the enterprise business in relevant online channels in EMEA
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues in EMEA
- Develop and execute Go to Market plans with partners
- Achieve the collaboration target for video to contribute towards the EMEA and Global collaboration sales target
- Analyze relevant market data that supports strategic decisions
- Create client presentations, proposals and client reports, conduct onsite and remote presentations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record in dealing with Amazon and Online-Channel
- Creative with a good sense on what is needed for customer conversion in online
- Experienced and able to act in a matrix organization
- An enthusiastic can-do attitude combined with strong business and financial acumen / hunter mentality
- Must demonstrate strong written and verbal skills in English
- Be prepared to travel across mainly EMEA but also wider when necessary
Skills & Competencies
- Structured, well organized and detail-oriented person with a sense of urgency who can prioritize initiatives and opportunities
- Ability to develop a comprehensive Go to Market strategy for defined resellers
- Ability to listen and negotiate tactically and work with others across an organization
- Experience of communicating, reporting and presenting to high-level management
- Ability to capture, process and analyze data to make intelligent decisions
