Birkerød

Joining [xxxxx] as our new Sales Manager Global Accounts, you will be pivotal in expanding our market share in Sweden. Building on your experience in acquiring new customers, you bring a proactive sales mentality to the table. You will excel both independently and as a key member of our successful Global Pursuit team, driving revenue growth through targeted customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsbilities

  • Developing trusted customer relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs) larger than 10K employees with HQ based in Sweden.
  • Providing proactive follow-up, managing customers’ needs and expectations, driving the tender process directly or in collaboration with hardware manufacturers (OEMs) or system integrators (GSIs).
  • Evangelising the [xxxxx] value proposition with customers, OEMs, and GSIs, and present [xxxxx]’ global service and logistics capabilities.
  • Acquiring and enabling new customers and partners while maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Setting up, planning, and executing all commercial activities specific to the MNC prospects.
  • Driving the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closing contracts with support from the Management team.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues and OEMs in various marketing activities to open doors for meetings and new business.


Our Expectations

Your background can be in enterprise sales or related fields as service delivery manager. We are more focused on your proven record of accomplishment in customer acquisition and sales to large multinational accounts. Experience in the IT industry will be a valued add-on. Furthermore, you must:

  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify, analyze and influence key stakeholders.
  • Think and act strategically, using your personality to network and get access to the right people.
  • Have a customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
  • Be fluent in Swedish and English.
