Grundfos Holding A/S is looking for a Senior Director to head our team of dedicated thought leaders within Commercial Excellence & Insights. You will furthermore be part of our Group Marketing and Sales Development management team as well as a part of our Global Segments, Marketing & Communication leadership team reporting directly to the Group Executive Vice President, CMO, Ulrik Gernow.

Our ambitions within Commercial Excellence & Insights are very high and the functions leads several critical activities to realize the ambition.

Among those are:

Responsible for driving Grundfos global sales processes (drive, develop and implement improvements for lifting our people competencies, processes, tools & KPIs)

Authority within the areas of:

  • Sales Excellence (External sales processes, sales tools (fx. CRM, MRR), competencies, (External sales)
  • Office Excellence (Internal sales processes, sales tools (fx. SAP, contract center), competencies (internal sales)
  • Pricing Excellence (Pricing processes and governance, tools (fx. SAP, Vendavo)
  • Customer Experience Management (ECSS, Customer Pulse, Personas, Customer journey, tools (fx. Qualtrics)
  • Group Market Data (GMD yearly process, communication and adaptation of numbers (Market share), GMD tool)
  • Customer Master Data (Quality and alignment across key platforms, CMD as a strategic asset)

Expected travel per year - 40-60 days.

What do you need to apply?

As our potential new leader, you will likely have an academical educational background and a solid track record of results behind you. You are outgoing, have solid functional expertise and business understanding with a long record of driving commercial excellence with effective results. Preferably you have been responsible for sales in a bigger context so you understand how to put commercial excellence in the context of the customer to ensure added value for our customers.

You are passionate about leading a great team of thought leaders and have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience and a proven track record of delivering results through others.

You have an international outlook and you speak and write English fluently. You are ambitious in your intention to add value to our company; realize our vision and you are willing to learn.

Experience from developing, managing and implementing change programmes and initiatives to achieve successful implementations in a Global organization is a must.

You will be based at our HQ in Bjerringbro.
