We are looking for a new colleague to take on the leading role as Regional Head of Sales for our EU region as well as our global Key Account Management (KAM) team. You will become part of our dynamic Commercial organisation where we strive to make an extra effort for our customers and ensure that we help them optimize their production and help them realise their full potential by the use of our innovative and high quality solutions and services. The position is based in Farum, Denmark where you will be reporting directly to the CCO and become part of the Commercial Leadership Team.
Tasks and responsibilities
You have full budget responsibility. You will be expected to motivate, drive and develop the existing organisation of skilled and experienced sales colleagues. This includes our KAM team who are dedicated to our largest customers. Further, you will have direct sales responsibility for selected customers. With a strong coordinated sales effort, you are expected to grow your area of responsibility.
You are commercial by heart. By applying your up-to-date and deep commercial toolbox, you are expected to strengthen our overall customer engagement efforts. This implies, identifying new ways of improving our customers’ business and bringing new products to the market.
You are the sales leader of the future. As a sales leader, you are expected to balance the internal meeting cadence across performance management, sales coaching and sales mentoring disciplines with direct customer contact. We expect you to take charge, go first, and lead by example.
Your profile
You have a proven track record within sales of technical solutions to different sizes of customers in global market. You are curious by nature and can quickly understand complex matters. Therefore, you easily understand the customer’s business, markets, products, and technology. In addition to your strong business acumen, you are a visible, outgoing, motivating sales leader. And you are capable of building trusted relations with customers, stakeholders and of course your team.
In combination with your practical experience, you lead based on facts and prefer market data and target management to achieve your results. Your leadership style is dynamic, listening, and down-to-earth. You enjoy and are happy to be in the tension field between succeeding through others and being hands on.

Your qualifications
- Min. 10 years of relevant B2B sales experience within technical solutions selling is preferred but not a must.
- Strong Commercial toolbox both practically and theoretically founded.
- Proven management track record
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a technical university or business school is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills

- You have a personal drive and passion for your work.
- You are result-oriented and have a well-structured work approach.
- You enjoy being in a multi-cultural environment.
- You work effectively, keep your promises, and learn from your mistakes.
- You inspire and give energy to your surroundings.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and German is preferred.
