Are you our new Sales Manager who can assist and participate in driving sales activities through multiple sales channels on a local and global scale? Would you like to be part of the expansion and development of a company with a huge growth potential?
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager who can join our sales team and support our growth potential.
VMS Group covers all aspects of service for medium and high-speed diesel engines, such as repair and maintenance, spare parts delivery, sales of complete propulsion systems as well as engineering projects within the maritime industry and offshore industry.
As Sales Manager you will take part of the responsibility for our customer relationship management, as well as local and global sales, directly or through our affiliates.
Key responsibility areas:
You will be part of the VMS Group A/S Sales team, located at our office in Frederikshavn, Denmark. In addition, you will have close collaboration with our service teams, both local and global. You should expect some travel activities.
Our office in Frederikshavn is located at VMS Group A/S headquarter with more than 300 employees worldwide, and you will become part of an international company with offices and workshops in both Namibia and Brazil.
Your profile:
Maybe you have a proven track record with successful involvement in sales activities within the marine segment. You have an engineering/business related degree, e.g., Marine Engineer or Service Engineer/Superintendent. Furthermore, you have experience with meeting customers on various organizational levels. You have strong technical English skills, both orally and in writing.

- Market research and reporting for new business opportunities.
- Target sales and marketing activities towards greater sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions and fairs.
- Training and education of colleagues and customers.
