Everfuel’s mission is to enable European-wide production, distribution and fueling of 100% green hydrogen fuel at prices competitive to traditional fuels. They are growing rapidly and are now looking for a motivated Tender Manager, who wants to join their green hydrogen journey! Is that you?

You will be working as…
As Everfuel’s Tender Manager you will be responsible for the tender process from A-Z. It is a back-office position where you will be writing and gathering compelling information and documentation packages for Everfuel’s tender processes. You will be monitoring tenders on E-Tender systems like EU Supply, Mercell/Etichs, TenderNed and similar. Relevant tenders showing interesting business opportunities to Everfuel will proceed to the bid phase. You will work closely with the dedicated Sales Managers located in other European countries to support them in the tender processes. You will be supported by the Technology Department, who will thoroughly analyze the technical parts of the tender materials. You will be responsible for managing the tender project and will inform the management of the progress.

You will be the first Tender Manager and you will have the possibility to build and professionalize procedures and tools. A drag and drop document handling system must be prepared, structuring documents like company profile, service agreements, list of referees, financial documents, equipment datasheets etc.

Your tasks:

  • Write, gather and update tender relevant documents
  • Build and update a drag and drop document handling system
  • Monitor tenders on online tender systems
  • Register interest in tenders and keep up to date on tender information sessions
  • Attend tender information sessions and prepare relevant questions
  • Develop a tender response strategy (requirements and resources)
  • Manage the tender project
  • Clarify unclear requirements
  • Write compelling bids and submit bids
  • Find references

Your place of work will be at the “Everfuel Farm” in Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will report directly to the Sales Director and you will be part of an ever-growing team who are all dedicated to ensuring that green hydrogen becomes a competitive alternative to fossil fuels. You are…
We are looking for a sale administrative and business-oriented person with a strong commercial talent. You must be proactive and communicative, and you must be able to see the big picture while working on several tender projects with a lot of deadlines and details. You might have a relevant educational background and if you have experience from tender processes, experience from internal sales departments or as a personal assistant to the management it is an advantage.

We are looking for a fast learner who is detail oriented, disciplined and work in a structured way. You are a trustworthy team player with good interpersonal skills where people enjoy working with you. Being part of an entrepreneurial company, you must be ready and have the ability to work without having the full knowledge.

Requirements

  • Relevant education or relevant experience
  • Structured and detail oriented
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English

Advantages

  • Experience with E-Tender systems and tendering processes

  • Danish and German in writing and orally for professional use
