Holte

RodeXit is a startup that so far has been focused on product development and production. We have now reached a stage where we shall shift our focus to sales, and where we shall therefore have established a sales department. It will be your task to build the sales department more or less from scratch and thereafter to run the department.

The work will comprise: Conversion of the organization of the firm including building an internal sales department and establishing an external global distribution network in the form of importers in various countries. The conversion of the organization will be carried out under the EU program SME: Accelerator Pilot (REACT).

You will have to be enterprising, persistent and good at English. It will be an advantage if you have experience with building a sales organization and is good at Russian or Spanish.

It is a full-time job, but if you are the right person for the job, and you prefer part-time employment, it will be an option. Working from home will likewise be an option. The salary will depend on your qualifications and the working hours.

We are situated in Holte in northeast Zealand. Our core product is steel reinforced seals for proofing buildings against invading rats and mice. Most of our customers are foreign importers who resell to pest management firms and wildlife control firms. The contribution margin is quite high, and the value of an order is typically 20-80,000 DKK excl. of VAT. The primary selling points are: A) effective protection against rats and mice, B) fast and easy mounting, and C) cost efficiency. The products are highly competitive both pricewise and qualitywise. The market for the products is huge. Because we so far haven’t done much marketing, our market share is minimal. Therefore, the potential for substantial increase of the turnover is unusually fine.
