We are searching for an experienced Head of Sales, to join our dedicated team to create, develop, drive and deliver on our sales strategy. ABOUT THE JOB
Together with the rest of the dAngleterre team, you will be an ambassador of the dAngleterre, creating long lasting relationships with guests and employees. As part of the senior management, you will be leading and managing a seasoned sales team, driving the strategy, projecting future trends and maximizing on revenue management, while setting and achieving targets. Together with the Sales Team and the senior management, you will determine and execute sales activities adapting to the new normal after Covid19 and, importantly, lead the team by example.
WE EXPECT
You are a dedicated person with proven experience in leading and developing a senior and experienced Sales Team. We expect that you have solid sales experience within hotels and hospitality, from a similar position, preferably within the luxury segment. A strong and long-term relationship with the regional market is key to success for this position. You are energetic and innovative with a passion for networking and a good understanding of revenue management. You have a track-record in analyzing future sales trends and changes in the markets, while building and maintaining strong relationships. You also know and have proven that growing people is growing business. We expect that you are a strong communicator with great people skills focused on giving direction and motivating your team. You are fluent in speaking & writing Danish, English and any other language is an advantage.
