The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated senior sales executive to join our team in Copenhagen. Primary initial target markets will be Germany.

You will be one of the first commercial hires and the position provides a unique opportunity to join a successful fintech start-up with huge global potential. It means you will have major impact on the company and particularly in shaping the sales strategy and building a forceful sales organization.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process in the German market

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue quotas and performance targets

  • Optimize outbound sales efforts and automate lead-generation

  • Work closely with SDR to utilize qualified sales leads

  • Deliver demonstrations to potential new leads

  • Consultative and professional approach to ensure strong relationships with prospects

  • Manage contract negotiations

  • Participating in building and optimizing the sales methods and processes

  • Participating in building a strong sales organization

  • Help coach colleagues in the sales organization

  • Strong discipline in working systematically with our sales and CRM platform

  • Be a team-player and help colleagues when needed.


Who are you

  • Demonstrated phenomenal sales skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in SaaS in the B2B space to C-suite stakeholders

  • Preferably experience from banking and/or the banking solutions space

  • Ability to prospect and build pipelines on your own

  • Native German or master business proficient German in addition to English. A Scandinavian language is a plus.

  • Motivated and energized by being part of a small, fast-paced and scaling organization and business – entrepreneurial mindset

  • Competitive spirit, self-motivation and highly driven to meet targets

  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in providing high quality work

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrate a diligent and structured work approach

  • Team-player – collaboration is King

  • Good at leading teams

  • Based in Copenhagen
