Tembi is currently 10 people. To begin with, your team is small, and we expect from the successful candidate to be operational. You are a ”doer” with an appetite for generating leads and taking client responsibility. On the short term you have to walk the talk yourselves. You get the chance to lay the foundation and develop the sales team. You will work closely with the CEO and with 2 experienced sales consultants.

The role you will play

Tembi is looking for a head of sales to grow their existing enterprise client base. You will identify new opportunities in the market and drive new biz sales. The head of sales will develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for new clients, lay out the plan for developing the sales team, recruit and lead the team.

What you bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales organization, e.g. account executive, account manager or similar
  • Knowledge about different sales strategies in B2B within enterprise software or SaaS, and experience with direct B2B sales
  • Hunger and motivation to set and deliver on ambitious sales targets for yourself and your team
  • A vision for how to develop sales in a high-growth SaaS product-organization
  • An ability to travel to meet the clients where they are located. Preferably you speak English and a Scandinavian language.

  • Multi tasking down to a science; handling multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously.
  • A commitment to exceed goals that is internal, constant & self-imposed.
