The Company:

Real Metier ApS operates at the intersection of consumer marketing and investments high yield (double digits) assets that secures the company a safe and healthy return on the group company’s equity and cash flows.

Now the company is looking for a Commercial Director who will take the company to the next international level. We are eager to seize some of the high yields which can be made in some of the developing markets and we have our eyes set on the many opportunities in South America.

About the role

Real Metier ApS is seeking a Commercial Director who has extensive knowledge of the many investment opportunities in Latin / South America. The right candidate has been living in Latin America for years and understands the commercial climate of Latin America, the pitfalls but at the same time capable of seeing great investment opportunities when they arise.

You will build a small team to help you reaching the company’s goal of a net yield of 15% of its deployed capital.

You have great communication skills and function well individually as well as a member of a team. Failure and rejection don’t scare you, as you’ve had experience from this before. You know that’s the name of the game.

The position requires working in a dynamic and exceptionally fast-growing environment.

About you

  • 10+ years of commercial experience from the Latin American business scene.
  • 3+ years of telesales experience with a track record of being a top performer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and you can manage in English.
  • High literacy in CRM applications. Salesforce experience is a plus
  • High-energy and fearless — you’ll do whatever it takes to win
  • Self-starter — you have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment
  • Natural leader — you pride yourself on your ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Self-motivated — you are able to work with minimal supervision while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

What you will do:

  • Develop, execute and manage Real Metier ApS' investments in Latin America.
  • You will develop a $5m AUM (Assets Under Management) portfolio within the first 24 months with a strict KPI of +15% net yield of the deployed capital.
  • Help build your team - source, interview, and hire top inside sales personnel.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage accordingly
  • Provide support for your team as they contact leads and close new deals
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to help increase your team’s productivity
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with your team
  • Report directly to the company’s CEO
