BANQUET SALES MANAGER

Through our internal training program d'Anglecademy, you will get the best conditions for development and success as well as an in-depth knowledge of the entire hotel.

ABOUT THE JOB
As the lead of our Meeting & Event team, you will oversee all functions for private and corporate clients, from weddings and birthdays to conferences and product launches. You will be the key liaison between our in-house team and external clients, managing reservations, offers, contracts, and event details. Your sales expertise will include lead qualifications, site inspections and pricing for both B2B and B2C.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all department tasks from initial contact to event follow-up.
  • Lead and support our dedicated Banquet Sales team.
  • Develop new event concepts to strengthen the d'Angleterre brand.
  • Ensure departmental budget and goals are met.
  • Manage revenue and reservations for meetings and events
  • Act as the main link between departments.


ABOUT YOU
You come from a similar position with knowledge and experience in building and managing a team to drive clear results. You are a person with excellent communication skills - preferably in both Scandinavian and English, who thrives in an international environment with a high pace.
You enjoy the role of leader within your own team and across departments and you can coordinate across the hotel while having a keen eye for details. You have an innovative luxury mindset when it comes to bringing ideas and luxury experiences for our guests, and you possibly also have an in-depth knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry. You take pride in representing Denmark's finest hotel and understand the commitments that come with being the country's only 5 Star Superior Luxury Hotel part of the Leading Hotels of the World.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The position is full-time and reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis until the right candidate is found
