DEDIKATION is seeking for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of our customer, Emply. We are looking for an excellent communicator, mastering English at a business level. Do you want to contribute with excellent support to your colleges, selling HR SaaS solutions for the european market, do you want to work for scale up company, and are you driven by making a difference in a succesfull team? THE ROLE

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator, to join Emply´s exiting company and provide dedicated support to one-two of C-Level Managers in Emply, based from their busy Copenhagen office. You will understand the flexibility needed and how to prioritise tasks whilst carrying a “No task is too big or too small” attitude with everything you do.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Personal assistance to the Sales Manager and Business Manager of Emply
  • Proactive inbox and calendar management
  • Prepare and build presentations, emails, reports and documentation based on keywords from meetings
  • Organising and participating in meetings and team events
  • Drafting meeting agendas, keeping minutes and following up on actions
  • Sales reporting
  • Support the Management Team with Project Management
  • Incl. researching complex global go-to-market strategies and researching local and national regulations within HR and HCM software
  • Ad-hoc help for the Managers and acting as a backup and support each other as a team
  • Ad-hoc admin support
  • Assist to tenders & GDPR regulations

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE
  • Preferable +2 years of experience from a similar position
  • An excellent communicator with good proof-reading skills, mastering English and danish at business level
  • Strong excel & powerpoint presentation skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to continuosly prioritise and re-prioritise
  • An analytical thinker who is able to draw conclusions from a wealth of informations and present the big picture
  • High EQ and ability to adapt to different personalities and cultures
  • Experience with budget management
  • Good IT/CRM skills and an ability to master new systems quickly
  • Thrive in a fast-paced envirement where no two days are alike
  • Independent, but work well as a part of a team
  • Discret and loyal with a high degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential informations
