Your Role

As an International Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our global sales team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. Your mission is to drive and expand our business across diverse markets by empowering our sales team with the skills and expertise they need.

You will oversee and implement sales and marketing activities across our full range of diagnostic instruments. This role offers the opportunity to travel to various countries and cultures, contributing to the development of the global brand in the audiological and balance fields. You can expect 50 travel days a year.

As our ambassador

Within your markets, you will collaborate closely with our sales companies all over the world and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and growing our sales companies' business and product knowledge.
  • Collaborating on sales strategies, product launches, and financial reporting.
  • Presenting new products and solutions to sales companies and key opinion leaders.
  • Creating market plans and preparing budgets.
  • Contributing to maintaining and developing key partnerships to achieve market sales goals as well as identifying additional growth opportunities.
  • Implementing branding strategies in collaboration with our product and marketing teams.
  • Visiting sales companies and end-users to promote Interacoustics' products and build key business relationships.


About You

You come with a commercial degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) or similar. Most important is that you have at least 5 years of experience working with sales companies globally, long sales cycles and complex stakeholder relationships. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

You are an initiative-taking individual with a can-do attitude, eager to travel the world and make a difference. With a commercial mindset focused on values and benefits, you create positive change and have a relentless improvement mentality. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to manage multiple interfaces within our company effectively.
