You will join a main supplier of premium diagnostic audiological equipment used every day in hearing clinics and hospitals around the world. From our headquarters we sell to more than 100 countries through our own sales companies and external distributors, and we are part of the global hearing healthcare group who employs more than 21,000 employees worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced international profile who can oversee and grow our International Sales distribution. The position is located at our modern headquarters in Middelfart.
Working out of Middelfart, Denmark, our new International Sales Manager will be part of a specialised international sales team reporting to the International Sales Director, Distributors. You will have the opportunity to develop sales in different markets by ensuring that our distributors have the required skills and know-how in terms of sales and market activities. In this role, you will coordinate and implement sales and market activities by handling the full product line of diagnostic instruments.
Working closely with our external distributors in your markets, your main tasks will be to:
You will be visiting our distributors, KOL’s and end-users to ensure the right focus on lnteracoustics' products. This will give you the opportunity to further establish and develop the most renowned brand in the audiological field.
You have solid business understanding and experience in managing commercial initiatives on export markets.
Preferably, you have a commercial/engineering degree. Furthermore, you have sound experience in international sales and working across borders.

Working out of Middelfart, Denmark, our new International Sales Manager will be part of a specialised international sales team reporting to the International Sales Director, Distributors. You will have the opportunity to develop sales in different markets by ensuring that our distributors have the required skills and know-how in terms of sales and market activities. In this role, you will coordinate and implement sales and market activities by handling the full product line of diagnostic instruments.
Working closely with our external distributors in your markets, your main tasks will be to:
- Ensure the development of our distributors regarding sales and product knowledge
- Active collaboration in facilitating tenders, product launches and local/regional events
- Build strong business relationships to distributors and KOL's in local markets
- Forecasts, develop market plans, and prepare budgets
You will be visiting our distributors, KOL’s and end-users to ensure the right focus on lnteracoustics' products. This will give you the opportunity to further establish and develop the most renowned brand in the audiological field.
Experience with global sales
You have solid business understanding and experience in managing commercial initiatives on export markets.
Preferably, you have a commercial/engineering degree. Furthermore, you have sound experience in international sales and working across borders.

- enjoy actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and business meetings.
- find that business travelling is exciting and are willing to travel between 80-100 days per year ignites your enthusiasm.
- are an excellent communicator and connecting with business representatives across cultures and at all levels of organisations is a natural trait of yours.
- are equally comfortable with engaging in technical discussions with specialists as well as socialising at dinner conversations with business representatives.
- have a strong understanding of different cultures and will put in an extra effort, when called upon.
