Commercial Director(s) to MyDefence Sales Team

We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in Europe and Middle East. You will be responsible for maximizing our commercial team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those with Sales team and management. You will report to the Chief Sales Officer and working together to ensure the targets and KPIs set by the organization are met.

At MyDefence, we develop, manufacture, and sell the counter drone systems of the future so that we can help protect those who protect society. We use the latest and most advanced technology within wireless communication to create wireless sensors, radars, jammers, cameras, and command-control systems for public, military, and civilian customers all over the world.

Experience Required

  • Some years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative
  • Proven track record with product and solutions sales
  • Good organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration or any related field would be a plus
  • Strong relevant network / well connected within potential partners, decision makers or end-users would be beneficial
  • Experience with markets within Europe and Middle East
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in Danish and English (French, Spanish, German or Arabic would be lovely)

Responsibilities

  • You will be working closely together with other members of the sales, R&D, operations, marketing and account management
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations for different types of audiences
  • You will be expected to travel and carry out sales activities at industry expos and conferences
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • You will be part of the team focusing on segmenting the market and building out the value proposition for prospects and customers
  • You will maintain an overview of the commercial KPIs and be accountable for reaching targets
  • You will be expected to work across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritizations
