We are now looking for a Sales Manager, Scandinavia to join our team covering Benelux, Nordics and Baltic countries. You will work remotely either from Sweden or Denmark (Universitetsparken 2, 4000 Roskilde)

What you’ll do
- You develop sales, margin, AV and mix in line with the targets for the given customer portfolio (strategic and preferred accounts)
- You plan and lead face-to-face customer meetings according to segmentation
- You manage their business portfolio to deliver required level of profitability and take corrective actions where targets are not being achieved
- You negotiate business terms and annual agreements with customers and make sure that these agreements are documented and stored as legally required
- You provide product consultancy and training upon customers’ needs
- You actively involve relevant parts of the organization, including the Sales Team and SBUs, to support in customer activity
- You provide market and business intelligence on customer activity, competitor information and actions, end-user information and requirements
- You provide account plans and drive the delivery of the actions to develop customers' business
Who you are
- You have min. 5 years of experience in a similar role or field with a proven track record in B-to-B field sales
- You have experience or knowledge of the packaging or labelling industry and market - label industry experience will be preferred
- You have a relevant commercial degree/education and technical understanding of complex products
- You have sustainability knowledge
- You have commercial, communication, networking, negotiations skills
- You speak English and at least one local language (Swedish or Danish)
