The position:

Flexflight® Group is searching for an experienced Charter Sales Manager with strong leadership skills - to drive and maximize charter sales revenues on Flexflights managed aircraft.

The Sales Department covers 24/7 operation. You will refer to the CEO.

Tasks:

  • Manage and drive the charter sales team with the overall goal of increasing sales, generating revenue and reinforcing brand presence
  • Provide original solutions to the global charter market
  • Flight watching / overseeing flight departures
  • Retain existing client demand and generate new business leads
  • Build and deliver strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Manage the charter sale life cycle
  • Manage CRM system
  • Analyze market trends & competitor activity
  • Analyze aircraft pricing and variable costs
  • Create and implement sales strategies in the Sales Department
  • Maintain relevant aircraft profiles on industry sales platforms and other sales channels
  • Represent the company and project the group profile and products to the wider charter audience
  • The candidate must be willing to work out-of-hours when necessary to support charter clients & team
  • Leads and coaches the Sales team in Roskilde, Tunis, Bangkok & Miami on a daily basis
  • Actively recruit, train, assign, and supervise employees
  • Communicate and enforce expectations, job duties, policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze department workflow to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources, while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Collaborate with other department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
  • Manages strategic relationships

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience
  • Evidence of Business Aviation / Airline (or associated industry) sales experience
  • Working knowledge of Aircraft Management flight operations (including aircraft performance / crew FTL’s / airport categorization and suitability)
  • A solid mind with an interest in finding good and quick solutions on complex matters
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders / clients / group departments
  • Excellent written and verbal English language. High standard of numeracy
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office applications
  • Natural communicator with a strong interpersonal skillset
  • High attention to detail. An adaptable and resourceful personality
  • Hardworking and flexible
  • Ability to perform and deliver under pressure in time critical environments, making decisions on your own
