Do you want to join an international sales team and ensure growth in a key product segment at one of the world’s most famous loudspeaker manufacturers?
Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Sales Director for our EMEA markets to become part of our sales organisation at the HQ.
About the job
As our new Sales Director your main responsibility will be to lead and monitor Dynaudio Pro Audio products in the EMEA Region.
You’ll be responsible for PRO Audio sales strategy across EMEA, by gaining and using market insight in each country and develop the optimal route to market. You’ll find and engage new distributors where required, and support existing markets.
You ensure market stories and case studies are shared via website, social media and trade press.
You’ll be working closely Marketing, Product Management and your sales colleagues in the other regions of APAC and Americas, to ensure alignment of a global sales strategy based on the product segment, and with focus on key market drivers and trends.

You will become a part of the EMEA team with currently 20 people based all over Europe, and working in close cooperation with PRO colleagues from APAC and Americas. We are very dedicated and proud to work for a worldwide respected brand, we work proactively with each other and stand together in times of challenges. We’ve got a Danish, friendly and direct communication with each other and find time for jokes during the day. We find work/life balance important for a strong performance.
About you
You possess sublime customer handling skills, and you have a proven sales track record in the professional A/V industry, preferably from speakers. Your past experience shows you are able to develop and maintain long term relationships with partners in the markets.
Furthermore:
As a person you are ambitious, goal oriented with a high drive, and can work independently to achieve the targets set for your position.
Your work style is positive and enthusiastic which helps you motivate the team, and you are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. You are able to judge opportunities critically and select the best business opportunities that enable success for the company.
You master the use of MS office, and you probably have some experience working with business intelligence systems and ERP-systems as well.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too. If you speak either German or French it is a plus.

About the job
As our new Sales Director your main responsibility will be to lead and monitor Dynaudio Pro Audio products in the EMEA Region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating a 3-5 year business plan, with key marked drives and trends.
- Managing EMEA forecasting and working with operations and purchasing to ensure 100% stock availability at all times across the PRO segment.
- Managing PRO Audio marketing budget together with our Marketing Director for EMEA, working directly with EMEA press to ensure that Dynaudio PRO marketing strategy is in place and brand visibility is maximised within budget.
- Securing professional product launches, in close collaboration with our Marketing and Product Management departments.
- Overall accountability for all Dynaudio Pro product sales within EMEA Region.
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy with growth opportunities in each country.
- Delivering strong and passionate demonstration of our product segment, also with a high-level of technical information.
- Planning preparing and conducting important customer meetings
- You will report directly to the VP of EMEA Region.
