Do you have a keen eye for details, strong coordination skills and the ability to communicate across borders and cultures? Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a Sales Coordinator for our headquarter in Tinglev.

As a Sales Coordinator you will be part of our dynamic and highly engaged sales support team located at our headquarter in Tinglev.

The position is an internal sales support function where a large part of the responsibility is coordination with colleagues, the factory in China and our customers.
Other tasks will be order handling, invoicing and contract work and generally ensuring that our ERP and CRM systems match the transactions made. Furthermore, you will be the support to our sales team on selected global accounts and ad-hoc project work can occur.
As Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities are:
• Administration of orders, invoicing and contracts
• Updating ERP and CRM systems
• Perform market analysis
• Maintain and develop various reports and statistics
• Coordination with colleagues within the group and Global customer base
You have a strong relevant educational background such as a commercial diploma/bachelor or market economist. Alternatively, you have experience from a similar position within internal sales or business-to-business. The position includes a great deal of communication in English, thus good English skills are required. Spanish and German can also be useful but is not a requirement. It will be an advantage if you already have in-depth knowledge of Excel and ERP and/or CRM systems.
As a person you are service minded and good at structuring your work with an eye for detail. You have a strong team spirit and prioritize to be a good colleague - thereby contributing to the creation of motivation and a strong company identity. Building relations to external and internal contacts comes natural to you.
