Building a European Sales Organization in the Equine Business
For our newly established brand UV Equestrian, we now seek an European Sales Manager who will be responsible for building a sales and customer support function in the company.
The position can be filled from our headquarters in Uggerhalne (DK) or at Beerbaum Stables in Riesenbeck (DE).
UV Equestrian
UV Equestrian is world wide distributor of UV lamps for the Equstrian industry. The UV lamps can reduce / eliminate infections in both horses and humans.
Responsible for building a sales
With reference to our commercial director and in close cooperation with a peer colleague covering the US market, you are responsible for market introduction, driving revenue growth and scale sales of UV lamps in the equestrian industry covering breeders, training and sales stables, show grounds etc.
The role requires you to lead the sales, developing sales channels and processes and keeping yourself updated with the technological and functional aspects of our product.
The job requires relatively much travel activity in Europe.
Experienced and Selfdriven Hunter and Cultivator
Ideally, you have experience with sales in the equestrian industry thus having a great personal network covering breeders, trainers etc.
Otherwise we expect you have a relevant educational background and at least 10 years of experience with sales of technical and/or wellfare products in Europe.

- Identify and initiate new client relationships
- Produce sales forecast, keeping an updated pipeline of meeting
- Develop and nurture deep and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the business strategy through a deep understanding of industry requirements, market trends and client requirements
- Work with sales specialists, other functions and channel partners where required to proactively address customer requirements
