The Learning Hub Behavioural Designer (10 month Maternity Cover) is your opportunity to drive safety and resilience transformation through applying your behavioural design skills and knowledge to project development, content creation and tool design to impact positively at every level of the organisation.
The APMM Safety & Resilience Function provides integrated, streamlined support for APMMs most important business activities. Made up of four teams covering Safety and Resilience Strategy; Occupational Health, Safety and Environment; Security, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management; and Safety and Resilience Risk and Insights.
The function has clearly defined purpose to:
• Protect our people, the environment and our business
• Eliminate fatalities and severe injuries
• Enable Maersk to be a preferred employer
• Serve our customers through responsible business practices.
The Global Safety & Resilience Strategy team is responsible for driving continuous improvement in our Safety and Resilience culture and performance by embedding our strategy across APMM. The team leads the strategy, priorities and management process for the overall function, based on our Safety Differently principles. This approach to HSSE puts workers needs central to our efforts and elevates HSSE from compliance alone to constant care in line with our company values.
The team creates new tools and implementation support to guide the business globally – through managing high impact safety and resilience projects to optimize improvements and elevate our pioneering "Learning Hub" concept to build an engaged learning organisation for Safety and Resilience at APMM.
As a valued member of the Global Safety and Resilience Strategy Team you will work on projects and initiatives to develop tools and initiatives applying your knowledge to create impactful outcomes for our internal stakeholders.
• Apply behavioral design subject matter expertise in creating and developing sustainable safety and resilience solutions and project outcomes that support internal stakeholders
• Using knowledge of psychological principles, user experience, human factors and/or agile ways of working to the delivery of projects and initiatives
• Design, facilitate, develop and deliver projects where outcomes ensure a user-centric perspective and visually appealing content that motivates and inspires engagement
• Qualitative research and analysis skills with ability to gather data through observations, interviews and desk research, synthesize findings and generate insights to support project outputs.
• Ability to generate creative, action-oriented insights, recommendations and solutions, while working collaboratively with others to support ownership business implementation
• Strong collaborator to deliver projects and initiatives with brand and team members
• Evolved process orientation with ability to take an end-to-end approach to plan and facilitate projects to completion
• Manage and facilitate meetings with independence, including preparation and follow-up;
• Ability to develop and deliver high-impact presentations, plans, and briefs as required;
• Takes ownership for high quality outputs with motivation to learn and develop.
• Relevant degree in Behavioral Design, Applied Psychology, Sociology, and/or Human Factors
• Experience in applying behavioural change analysis, interventions and innovation to projects
• Experience in developing tools, projects and initiatives with high quality outputs
• Project management experience, with a preference for agile ways of working
• Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to self-manage, deliver to plan and take ownership for work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Adaptable to diverse stakeholders with commitment to help and support varying needs.

We are looking for
