The autorola Group is global and specializes in online car auctions and IT solutions for the car industry. autorola A/S is looking to add a dedicated Information Security Manager to the company. Role Responsibilities
You will refer to the CTO of autorola and work in close collaboration with the Group GDPR Compliance Manager and Group IT Director, with the purpose of taking the company’s information security to the next level. To do this, your key responsibilities will include:

You will be a part of an international company structure with subsidiaries in 19 different countries. Our headquarters are located right by the railway station at Skibhusvej 52 A 5000 Odense C.
You will report directly to the CTO, be included in the pension scheme and health insurance, as well as get the chance to participate in the company’s social events. We offer a good lunch arrangement, a fitness room, and we like to end the week in our Friday bar.
We have a great focus on human resources and find educational as well as personal development important. We offer a 37-hour week. We know that work-life balance is important, and we look after our employees. Therefore, we also focus on maintaining a work pressure that allows time to solve the tasks sensibly.

To excel in the Information Security Manager role, we imagine that you possess the following qualifications:
- You have relevant education within IT or Business Administration, and experience working with project and change management.
- You are comfortable with technical writing and documentation, including security concepts for software development, cloud system operation, and office IT.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a professional level.
- A resilient and strong-willed attitude.
- Although it is not a technical role, you should have a well-rounded skill set, bridging the gap between business and IT. You will be part of the information security forum which includes both software development and cloud systems experts.
- Good communication skills and a service minded and customer-oriented attitude
- Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Knowledge about industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI, and HIPAA.
- CISSP and CISM certificates are advantageous but not required.
Role Responsibilities
You will refer to the CTO of autorola and work in close collaboration with the Group GDPR Compliance Manager and Group IT Director, with the purpose of taking the company’s information security to the next level. To do this, your key responsibilities will include:
- Organize, drive, and implement an Information Security Management System that meets customer demands including an up-to-date information security policy, risk management, handling of supplier IT security, cybersecurity, incident handling, etc.
- Implement and manage information security forums for office IT information security, cloud system information security, and web application information security.
- Ensure appropriate education and training for the entire organization on information security threats and how to avoid them.
- Ensure NIS2 compliance.
- Build an autorola information security portal to help explain to customers how we work with information security.
- Lead the process of penetration testing with an external partner, from planning to handling findings and final reporting.
- Participate in tender processes where information security is typically the first barrier to moving forward in the process.
- Keep up-to-date with new technology, laws, regulations, threats, etc.
