Your function
As strategic Account manager, you are responsible for managing our largest and most strategic accounts. You are responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and works in an account team closely with our consultants to be able to offer our customers the best solutions for their recruitment, labour market and employer branding issues. You work throughout the Netherlands and have as a base our office in Amsterdam. You work in a fun, professional and motivated sales team.

What does this feature?
You are responsible for the development, DMU broadening and growth of the strategic accounts. In this are you both at the customer as a sparring partner at Board level.
You have your contacts on (Head Office) level and you will be seen as strategic advisor for recruitment, labour market communication and employer brandingvraagstukken.
You are a business developer who constantly sees opportunities for new products and markets and examines it with his/her clients. You will be talking with HR managers on strategic issues.
You sell not only the existing portfolio, but you develop together with experts in the field of strategic recruitment customization solutions when you do see opportunities to customers. You focus on achieving the highest possible ROI for your customers.
You are an example for your colleagues in sales and you contribute to the development of the sales team by your best practices, but also to share and you wear your misses to do proactive improvement plans.
You save overview, brings structure to your work by means of, for example, account planning, smart time management and you're constantly working on forecasting and your Kpis, making you not surprises.
You want to work for a dynamic organization that is located in a rapidly changing market and aims to have the best sales organization of Netherlands.

What to bring?
You need at least 8 to 10 years commercial experience in a business to business environment, of which at least 4 years in senior account management level. Experience in media, recruitment or classifieds is an absolute advantage.
You have experience in selling more complex and customized solutions for clients (preferably in a multi-brand environment). You have a track record with an average order value of more than €100,000.
You have boardroom-presence and you're able to on strategic topics high-level presentations, about this on level conversations and impact on strategic decision making of your customer (executive impact).
You are able to excite your customer as a business partner and to give new insights which gives you a high customer loyalty knows.
You are a communicator with charisma and has a large network.
You have a strong will to win and you are convinced that you know the difference.
You need at least a college or university training completed.
You have consciously opted for a career as a sales professional in place of management.
You have has a high dose of self-reflection, learning capacity and the will to continue to work on your personal development.
