Do you have a technical diploma/degree - e.g. electrical or electro-mechanical and possibly some experience in supervising? We are looking for a Commissioning Supervisor where you will have a great opportunities for professional and personal development.
Region NCE SBU NCE Service Commissioning 4011
You will join the Commissioning team, which is a group within the North Service Operation. Our customers are primary major energy companies and professional investors, but also private personas are among the investors. We are a team of 80 people - mainly electricians, mechanics, marine engineers - who commission and troubleshoot turbines on new wind farms. Also, handover to the local service teams are a main topic in our jobs.

Please note that for these openings we welcome all candidates with residence in either Sweden, Norway or Denmark as we are able to move this position to any of these countries.

You will join the Commissioning team, which is a group within the North Service Operation. Responsibilities
- Commissioning, troubleshooting and daily planning
- Plan work on site in collaboration with Site Manager, Installation Supervisors and Project Manager
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other teams on site
- Observe, collect and share best practice knowledge
- Administration and ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications
- A technical diploma/degree - e.g. electrical or electro-mechanical
- Experience from the wind industry is beneficial - e.g. with commissioning and troubleshooting
- Great skills in English language - written and spoken. Danish is not required
- Experience supervising others is an advantage as well as experience working in a multicultural environment
Competencies
- A safety-first mindset
- Team spirit and good collaboration skills with a willingness to work with different colleagues, nationalities and cultures
- Capacity to supervise and develop several commissioning teams on bigger Construction sites
- Fast learning and adapting skills - and a great interest in learning new things
- Good IT and communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Motivated approach and can take responsibility
- An ability to keep calm under pressure
