For our Global Training Excellence department, we are looking for a training digitalization specialist to take the lead on the efforts of creating digital training solutions.

You will be part of a dedicated global team that leads development projects within learning and development targeted at site personnel across the globe.

We are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about modern learning methodologies and technologies; curious to create learning experiences that supports and enables the capabilities of the participants to perform their daily tasks - as well as the entire value chain of the operational business from installing, commissioning and servicing turbines.

About the role

You will work in global project teams consisting of highly skilled Subject Matter Experts ranging from technical experts, operational managers and training professionals.

You will be the driver of evaluating the potential for digitalized training solutions based on the Training Needs Analysis. You will hold responsibility for the technical development of these training solutions – working with internal and external partners.

You will work closely with the Competence Manager responsible for the overall project to secure that the final training solution matches agreed learning needs, quality standards and budgets. You will drive the validation of desired learning output to ensure that the objectives of the training can be realized, and you will play an active change agent role in the implementation of new learning technologies.

About you

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in education science or equivalent + minimum 2-5 years of experience within learning and development.
You want to operationalize the latest learning technologies. You understand the pros and cons of the different varieties and can recommend effective approaches for different requirements based on theory and empirical experiences / data.

You possess project management skills and can act as a sub-project manager providing deliverables into larger scale projects.
You have great communication skills and solid understanding of the diplomacy needed to work in an international setting with multiple cultures including different learning and training cultures.
You can relate to the practical and technical environment that our target audience works in.
