This position arises in Tinytots International Preschool in Copenhagen, Denmark for experienced and enthusiastic Kindergarten Leader.

Responsibilities:
Curriculum and Learning Environment:
• Planning of activities and ensuring implementation within overall curriculum framework and specified timeline
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe on continuous basis
• Planning and implementing outdoor and extra-curricular activities and events
• Update of overall curriculum and focus areas periodically, in consultation with management and team
Classroom Management:
• Hands-on guidance to class teachers and assistants, whenever necessary
• Administer specific lessons / activities pertaining to specific areas
Administration:
• Handle end-to-end admission process and pipeline
• Staff scheduling, in consultation with institution's management
• Coordinate with other centers in case of future expansion
• Other administrative responsibilities
Communication:
• Build good, open and constructive communication with children, families, administration and staff
• Handle communication with external authorities
• Initiate and lead external communication/ media/ social media
Language, education and experience requirements:
Mandatory:
o Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
o High level fluency in English ( Minimum C1 level; IELTS band 7 and above ). Please do not apply if you do not have minimum C1 level fluency.
o 7-10 years’ teaching experience in kindergarten / elementary school (early years) is required. Application without requisite teaching experience will not be accepted.
o Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling teams
o Candidates with hands-on experience in international curriculum / kindergarten or school in international environment will be given preference
o Demonstrable experience in Differentiated Learning and Positive Behaviour Management
o Tech-savvy who can quickly adapt to digital environment
Preferred:
o High-level fluency in Danish language is advantageous
o Certification and hands-on experience in Montessori/ Highscope
Personal Qualities:
o Team player and a driver, who is not afraid to get hands dirty and lead by example
o Creative and truly passionate to work with children while being extremely patient and caring
o Person who is culturally sensitive and thrives in truly international environment
o Enthusiastic, Proactive and flexible to cover/ lead tasks typical for a small but dynamic organisation
