Tinytots International Daycare and Preschool has operated since 2013. It started as a small daycare and has since grown into two private institutions. We currently have two locations in different parts of the Copenhagen area. Our location in Valby has been operating since 2015 and in September 2020 we opened our new location in Hellerup.
It is essential that you are a proactive person who takes responsibility and ownership of the tasks and you are flexible when it comes to responsibilities and tasks natural to a growing organization.
Preference will be given to candidates having experience with setting up new kindergartens/ Montessori kindergartens and hands-on experience with institutional marketing and branding.

Language, education and experience requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Education/ Early Childhood Education
•High level fluency in English (Minimum C1 level; IELTS band 7 and above). Applications without minimum C1 level fluency will not be accepted
•5-7 years’ teaching experience in kindergarten / elementary school (early years) is required. Application without requisite teaching experience will not be accepted.
•Experience in handling teams
•Certification and/ or hands-on experience in Montessori pedagogy
•Demonstrable experience in Differentiated Learning and Positive Behaviour Management
•Tech-savvy who can quickly adapt to digital environment

•Team player and a driver, who is not afraid to get hands dirty and lead by example
•Outgoing and passionate, who walk extra mile to create a community and showcasing the work

Responsibilities:
Curriculum and Learning Environment:
- Update of overall curriculum and focus areas periodically, in consultation with management and team
- Ensure development and implementation of the center's curriculum and learning environmental assessment based on the goals set by the institution
- Ensure documentation and evaluation of the educational work in the centers
Classroom Management:
- Hands-on guidance to class teachers and assistants, whenever necessary
- Administer/ modelling specific lessons / activities pertaining to specific areas
Administration:
- Handle end-to-end admission process and pipeline
- Coordinate with Center Leads for staff scheduling and staff management
- Ensure guidelines from authorities e.g. kommune (municipalities) are implemented at the centers
Communication and outreach programme:
- Ensure good, open and constructive communication with children, families, administration and staff
- Initiate and lead external communication/ media/ social media
- Handle communication with external authorities
