Nordiccom Aps in Copenhagen is looking for a Finnish-speaking part-time Quality Control Assistant
Our valued Quality Assistant is starting studies abroad and therefore we are looking for a new colleague to our finnish team of 10, within the financial business.
Perfect understanding of finnish is necessary, as the tasks consist of quality control. The main daily tasks being:
The job is suitable for someone, who requires a daily part-time job or for students in addition to their SU.
You will work indepently but within our great team with mutual goals and helpful collegues in an international environment.
We expect you to be commited, disciplined, result orientated and with a good energetic personality.
We require someone to come in daily for 2-4 hours during weekdays to ensure the ongoing quality. We offer fixed salary, good collegues and working in both of our facilities (Indre by and Nørrebro). You will recieve a thorough training in your own language.
Nordiccom ApS is a growing Nordic company placed in the heart of Copenhagen and now also in Helsinki. The companies we represent are major banking and insurance companies in Europe. With the entire Nordic market as our workplace and the phone as our tool, we provide solutions for sales and customer service for a wide range of companies in the financial business. We ensure the quality of our products and services and comply with banks’ standards and code of conduct.
Nordiccom consists of about 85 employees divided into different teams and here you will meet Danes, Swedes as well as Finns. In Nordiccom we emphasize professionalism, but it is also important that we have fun when we are at work. Our goal is that our employees become skilled at their tasks and achieve good results.

- Giving feedback to our consultants
- Some administrative duties
