Do you have a desire to join pricing improvement projects in a very competitive environment characterized by multiple cultures, currencies and complexity? If yes, then this position at Total Nordic Hub based in Copenhagen might be your match!
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility for pricing within three main areas: Lubricanst, Bitumen and Special Fluids. Furthermore, you will support sales project and improve sales KPIs. You will also register, maintain and update all additional commercial and pricing conditions for customers in SAP. Moreover, you will calculate and validate customer bonuses, and communicate them to the controlling team and the Lubricants manager. Finally, you will support the business analyst and other finance teams at the end of the year and during audits.

In addition the hub outsources further logistics depots in Nordic countries.
As the Pricing Analyst in the Finance department you will be able to shape and develop a central role in managing the pricing in accordance with strong governance requirements and growth ambition. This is with the possibility to continuously develop your competencies in working in mature markets that offers various opportunities in a highly competitive environment.

- Implement a new pricing system such as new pricing conditions in SAP according to the new model, daily management of prices, coherence of the pricing structure and creation of new tools for updating prices;
- Manage pricing conditions in SAP;
- Provide support to Customer Service and Sales Teams departments;
- Update the quotation tools for each country and produce net pricelist for sales teams;
- Create marketing prices database in cooperation with Marketing and Technical departments.
The Bitumen area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Support the pricing system of bitumen products;
- Update pricelist in SAP according to the pricing policy strategy;
- Improve the current pricing update process, including optimizing pricelists;
- Manage pricing conditions in SAP and provide support to Customer Service Bitumen line.
The Special Fluids area of responsibility will include tasks such as:
- Manage the pricing system of special fluids products;
- Regularly update prices and pricelists;
- Improve the current pricing monitoring tool.
