Blue Ocean Robotics – a Robot Venture Factory in Odense, Denmark – develop and build mobile service robots within the health, hotel, construction and agriculture sector. For example the disinfection robot UVD Robots, our telepresence robot BEAM and the patient moving robot Multi-Tower. Blue Ocean Robotics supply all our venture companies, who are selling the service robots, with high quality robots on-time in a volume that is about to scale.
We are looking for a Quality Management Assistant, who are skilled and ambitious, and ready to support our Senior Quality Specialist and the Production and Supply Chain department. You will help us to ensure quality in the next big robotics success from prototyping to handover to production. Assisting the Senior Quality Specialist you will be challenged with every aspect of quality assurance in a rapidly growing organisation.
The position could be combined with an internship or thesis collaboration for the right candidate.

Your profile -
- 3-5 semester student in Engineering in Production, GMM, Mechatronics, Chemical or similar
- 15 hours/week (average, flexible)
- High analytical skills
- Excellent ability to understand, organise and structure complex data
- English at a high technical level
- Collaborative and communication skills
- Take pride in keeping documentation updated
- High execution profile with the ability to finish tasks on time
- Danish is not mandatory, but might be an advantage handling some local contacts
- Experience with quality management from electrical or metal production would be an advantage, but not a hard criteria for a person with the right personality.
Job Description- As a Quality Management Assistant you will be joining in on
- Assist in the build up and design of a Quality Management System
- Design processes and handling dataflows
- Design and make sampling of quality data
- Analysing, validating and reporting of test results
- Conduct problem solving in different domains - technical and non-technical
