This position would provide you with a unique opportunity of working on the forefrony of a brand-new function. With your experience in commercial capability development and training, you will be pivotal in driving and implementing our Sales Excellence 2.0 program globally.

Commercial capability development
As our new Commercial Excellence Manager, your responsibility will be to identify learning needs, develop new training modules, organize and deliver training sessions with the objective to anchor commercial excellence practices. You will work in cloe cooperation with sales companies and business areas in order to develop relevant content and trainings.

- Design and conceptualize learning programs in the area of Commercial Excellence
- Responsible for Commercial Excellence Training function
- Develop and manage the annual commercial development & learning cycle
- Support the implementation of Sales Excellence 2.0 in selected countries
- Support sales companies with local commercial training initiatives

- Strong commercial mind-set and experience with selling and sales management
- Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Sales
- Several years of professional experience in comparable position in Life Science industry
- Certified in at least one selling model (e. g. SPIN® selling, LAMP®, etc.)
- Strong facilitation, presentation and communication skills
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are considered favourable for the position
- Passionate about adult learning and facilitating workshops
- Flexible for international travels (around 40 travel days per year)
