Would you like to deliver superior services to increasingly demanding customers, based on the latest in financial technology? Then come join the leading bank in the Nordics and help us to make daily banking available anywhere, anytime.
We are looking for talented developers, who are eager to develop cutting edge digital solutions that extends Nordea’s online service offerings while at the same time helps our frontline staff save time (so they can spend more face time with our customers). We are also getting rid of paper and automating tedious manual tasks, while we’re at it.
About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Application development team within Asset & Wealth Management and Personal Banking. As a Senior IT Developer you will be part of an agile development team, responsible for building end-to-end solutions within the mortgage area. You will be responsible for the design and development of full vertical slices; from interfacing with the customer through NetBank, mobile and tablets to the core backend systems.
Through creative thinking and personal drive, you will challenge existing solutions, make them better and ensure they are re-designed to serve our customers in their daily life. We work very close with highly competent business developers, and we are committed to automate and integrate the entire value chain from real-estate agent over bank to the mortgage institute.
You will be joining a team, who constantly pushes the limit on what can be achieved in terms of deliverables, digital innovation and software craftsmanship.
Since we are an international company, you must expect around 20 travel days a year (usually Scandinavia and or Poland). We have a hybrid working model in our team, which means we support up to two days of remote working per week.
Lastly, support and feedback is something you give and receive, in order to be a part of a positive and dynamic learning environment.
The role is based in Copenhagen; Aarhus; Esbjerg; Horsens; Kolding; Odense; Vejle.
Who you are
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in being at our best – and that we imagine you share with us.
You will engage with many different stakeholders, so the person we are looking for, is an outgoing individual who is self-motivated and contributes to a good team spirit. You are an experienced and passionate developer always seeking the best solutions.
