As a Lead Architect at NNIT, you will use your knowledge and experience to identify, understand and transform customer requirements into IT solutions characterized by NNIT’s quality. You will often work for large and complex customer projects where you fulfill the role of a consultant and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for turning vision into a value-adding business solution and making sure it is well adopted and praised by our customers.

We know and have hands on experience with the end-to-end processes in the pharmaceutical industry combined with knowledge and experience in leveraging IT solutions to optimize and improve the processes.

NNIT Life Science Solutions’ customers are the leading pharma companies geographically spread across Europe and occasionally in the US.

Your responsibilities:

You will be an important member of the leadership team that consults on behalf of leading pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnology companies. Responsibilities will include preparing engagement estimates, leading workshops and lead the technical tracks e.g., migration teams and integration teams.

You will use your experience with IT and technology to:

• Advise and assist companies in a vast array of projects, such as Architecture Visions and Strategy, IT architecture roadmaps, implementations, integrations, data management, and data standardization.
• Be able to think end-to-end solution architecture applying all necessary solution components using a sound and methodical approach.
• Actively participate in the overall NNIT architectural direction influencing projects assigned to you, including the identification of approaches, tools, and techniques to meet the given requirements
• Engage in pre-sales and direct client sales activities.

A part of the job is also business development activities related to mature offerings to support our continued growth within the areas of Life Sciences IT. The job will include close collaboration with stakeholders within NNIT where your specialist knowledge will strengthen our companies' strategic aspirations in the Life Sciences domain.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Strong consultancy mindset and team spirit
• MSc degree in IT or Life sciences with minimum 5 years of experience with IT Architecture and System implementation.
• You have worked as a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect
• You have applied architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
• Experience with MDM, building data lakes and data hubs
• You are proficient in developing code in Java, SQL, Python, or other programming languages
• Fluency in English is a must. German or Danish is beneficial
• As a person you have a curious nature and interest in new technologies and solutions
• You are used to advise and build trust on all levels, and you might have gained this experience from a past job within the consulting area

Location:

Possibility to work on-site or remotely.

The role is global for NNIT, meaning that focus is on markets in Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, China and US. We expect you will have your base in proximity of one of our European locations (Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, the UK) but frequently interact with our other locations.

Mobility:

Some travel must be expected (approx. 20 days/year – depending on clients’ needs and Covid-19 situation)
