Automation Specialist

About the job

You will be part of Client Services - Automation, which is responsible for automating repetitive routine tasks across your own department and our Customer Service.

Your responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Offboarding of users for a large portfolio of customers across Denmark via automated tasks
• Implement automation tasks (PowerShell, C#, PHP and HTML)
• Work proactively with a focus on continuous improvements of services and automation tasks
• Automation and improving overall data quality
• Transformation of business requirements into IT solutions

You will join our Automation team

You will be a part of a global team with locations in Denmark and Czech Republic. Your colleagues have a close collaboration both regarding technical sparring and socializing despite of the long geographical distances. Within our small team we chat with each other daily and have weekly meetings. Since Automations is a part of the department Client Services, we do also arrange monthly Funny Thursdays with the other teams, and we organize workshops as well to learn more about the different IT systems that we work with every day.

What do you bring?

• You like working with processes and automation in a large organization. You are driven by what is best for the customer and focused on improving the customer experience.
• You have experience with PowerShell scripting (a must have)
• You would like to gain experience with Ivanti Automation / Identity Director
• You would like to gain/or you already have experience with API integration to common business systems
• You are fluent in English both written and spoken

• You are stable and motivated by delivering the optimal IT solution to the customer
• You are positive and have a good understanding of your significant role as an Automation Specialist
• You are structured and take pride in helping the customer to the end
