Technical Cloud Architect

We are currently searching for a new great colleague to fill the role of Technical Cloud Architect, which is a role in our Implementation Advisor team. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction on the design and development of both security, infrastructure and testing toward different departments such as Sales, Solution Architects, Consultants and Implementations. About the Job

Here is, what the job looks like. The main responsibilities are:

• Assists and work with cross-functional teams to develop services with a focus on defining, communicating, and enforcing designs, service standards and implementing best practices, procedures, and guidelines in our organization.
• Aid in driving stability and innovation for IT Relations current and future services
• Support Sales and Solution Architects to design and offer the customers the right solution, not only with standard services but in particular for non-standard solutions, where you aim to help design a solution that can be smoothly implemented.
• Suggests alternate technical solutions to meet the customers' requirements.
• Support project management and solutions architect to identify potential roadblocks and develop plans to overcome them.
• Provides high-level technical designs, strategy roadmap developments and technical architecture related to services
• You will have to master the knowledge of our infrastructure and service catalogue, defined methodologies, procedures, and policies
• Attends conferences, gathers information and insights and delivers content back to the company

What do we expect to bring from you?

• You have 6-10 years of experience with IT-Infrastructure based on Microsoft technology
• You have years of experience working with Enterprise architecture or have experience from other Managed Service Providers
• You have specialized in one or more areas like:
  • Hybrid Infrastructure
  • Microsoft Azure Architecture, where Azure DevOps, infrastructure a code (IaC), Kubernetes and containers are not foreign words. You are fluent in the different PaaS, IaaS and SaaS services Microsoft offers
  • Microsoft Windows Infrastructure (Active Directory design)
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Microsoft Modern Workplace:
    • Microsoft Endpoint Management
    
    
  
  
• Microsoft 365 Services (Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive etc.)
• You can keep up with developments in digitalization and Public Cloud and always have automation in mind.
• You can communicate a complex message in an easily understandable way and have a gift when it comes to communicating the technical challenges to customers in a diplomatically way.
